Summary

This position requires the experience throughout the entire PLM software life cycle. In this position, candidates will engage internal functional teams across multiple disciplines and locations globally to determine business requirements and map with the TC functionalities, design and develop appropriate solutions, and assist in the deployment and support of Team Center software. Up to 25% travel may be required. 

Responsibilities

  • Strong knowledge of and experience with Siemens Team center PLM and ALM system
  • Elicit, prepare and document internal product development functional requirements and specifications
  • Analyze and collecting the R&D business process, compare with the industry best practice, gap analysis, work with internal and external consultants to find the best solution for our unique situation
  • Analyze and provide a standardized solution based on our business reality to minimize unnecessary customization.
  • Architecture: Identify the needs and create the business process model. Propose a solution that meets the today and future requirements.
  • Process: Define deployment methodologies, integration, testing and validation.
  • Specific duties vary from time to time during the life cycle of the implementation and post implementation.
  • Play an technical project manager role during the live cycle of the implementation of the TC

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years hands on experiences with Siemens Team Center
  • In-Depth knowledge with product development in automobile industry
  • In-depth knowledge of different BOM, (CADBOM, EBOM and MBOM)
  • Teamcenter multisite and ODS administration experience is plus
  • Teamcenter CAD Integration, Document Management and Product Structure Management
  • Teamcenter Access Right Management, Workflow management and Change Management
  • Installation of all Teamcenter modules and Volume Management is a plus
