Duties and responsibilities
Process and prepare documents and related files
Become a liaison between the marketing group and other departments
Ability to multi-task and support multiple priorities
Develop relevant presentations as needed in PowerPoint, Keynote, MS Word, etc.
Take notes from relevant meetings and share action items with the rest of the team
Occasionally process expenses
Passionate about Marketing, Branding and Communications
Self-motivated and quick-learner
Strong communication skills
Basic problem-solving skills with ability to lookup solutions independently
Ability to work on a team and have effective communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Pursuing undergraduate or graduate degree in Marketing or Communications
Second, third or fourth year students preferred (Sophomore, Junior or Senior)
This is a full-time internship for 3 months
