SF Motors is seeking expert embedded hardware engineers to work in our Intelligent Driving team. You will need very strong experience in board-level system hardware design.
Duties and responsibilities
Embedded system architecture and PCB design for vehicle and mobile environment.
Establish and maintain component library.
Design small board level integration FPGA solutions with RTL.
Design test plan development, issue resolution, and lab and in-vehicle testing of electronic systems.
Embedded software and hardware debug experience is considered a plus.
Knowledge and experience of FPGA implementation of AI applications is considered a plus.
Knowledge and experience in Linux operating system and ROS (Robot Operating System) is considered a plus.
Chassis level mechanical experience is considered a plus.
Experience in designs for automotive environment and functional safety is considered a plus.
Experience in small FPGA integration design and RTL implementation.
Experience in design around industry standard bus protocols (CAN, USB, PCIe).
Experience in designs with x86 processors, FPGAs, SoCs.
Experience in design power distribution boards.
BS and MS of Computer Engineering or related degree with 10+ years of related experience in embedded space minimum.
