How You Will Make an Impact

Logistics Coordination

  • Manage all domestic/international shipments and maintain all related documents.
  • Ensure compliance with US customs regulation for all import shipments with correct HTS code for import tariffs.
  • Provide full customer service and support to customers to resolve any logistics related issues.
  • Review and validate all logistics vendor invoice, import commercial documents and annual bond renewal.

 

Supply Chain Coordination

  • Ensure and maintain accuracy of BOM and inventory items in ERP system.
  • Act as purchase agent and maintain order status in procurement system.
  • Act as main contact for all commercial questions and issues from suppliers.

 

Warehouse Management:

  • Manage warehouses to ensure accurate inventory on hand for quarterly physical count and annual audit.
  • Update and maintain inventory movement in ERP system timely and accurately.
  • Communicate with subsidies in other countries and process internal inventory movement within intercompany and departments.
  • Perform and work with finance team for weekly reconciliation and monthly inventory closing in ERP system.

 

Other Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate data and supportive documents for all inventory movement and import tariffs within Foreign-Trade Zones (FTZ)
  • Routinely check and maintain non-inventory parts to support manufacturing operation.
  • Assist with manufacturing build or test planning if needed.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

 

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Experience in a supply chain, warehouse management, and international logistics.
  • Experience in technology manufacture industry and understand internal control in public traded company.
  • Experience with MRP or ERP system, such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Experience in custom clearance broker and inventory control.
  • Effective communication and listening skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail orientated.
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration or similar degree is preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese will be a plus.
