The Team & Role
As a Senior Partnerships Operations Analyst, your primary function will be to help maintain data integrity and tracking of key account metrics to optimize SevenRooms and Capital One partnership performance. Day-to-day, you'll have an opportunity to work cross-functionally with groups ranging from Finance, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Enablement to support key reporting and deliverable needs across the partnership. Reports and deliverables will be shared both internally and with key executive stakeholders at Capital One and will help optimize our partnership approach. This role will report to the EVP, International and will help create and drive key business processes across the organization, particularly with respect to sales tracking (SalesForce), partner enablement (SalesForce), and booking volume analysis across the spectrum of Capital One partners (Looker and SevenRooms product).
In the role, you will also be responsible for drawing linkages between key data platforms to create efficiencies in our reporting to the Capital One team. A key piece of the role will be architecting new approaches to utilizing our existing data and coming up with approaches to bring in new data that will drive program value.
You will arm our team with the insights it needs to lead key meetings and presentations to our Capital One counterparts as it pertains to booking trends, restaurant mix, geography, and other key areas of the program.
What You’ll Do
- Internal Data Structure and Maintenance: Help create workflows and internal processes that increase efficiency in our relationships with Capital One and key restaurant partners. You should have strong capabilities in Salesforce and Looker
- Own salesforce operations and reporting for the Capital One program
- Build and manage dashboards and reports to surface key insights internally and to Capital One
- Analyze data and produce insights from multiple systems to provide a holistic view of program efficiency
- Assist in managing monthly and annual budgets for restaurant sales and retention
- Help define data and systems required to implement cross functional initiatives
- Provide key insights to our customer success team that help them better understand the status of key relationships
- Partner Strategy & Operations Management: Own and manage key partner processes:
- Manage the operating procedures for sales, onboarding, and CS team members as it pertains to the Capital One partnership
- Provide visibility into pipeline and renewals management with our sales and revenue operations teams via SalesForce
- Weekly and monthly reporting/trend analysis to Capital One stakeholders on program performance and inventory utilization
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize new deliverables and projects based on the evolving needs of the SevenRooms and Capital One partnership. These reports and deliverables will help inform our ongoing partnership strategy.
Who You Are
- 3-5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Data Operations role
- 2+ Years of experience in Looker, Tableau or similar business intelligence tools
- 2+ Years of experience in Salesforce required
- Advanced Excel and Google suite skills required
- Able to analyze data across a variety of business platforms to inform recommendations to Capital One based on performance
- Passion to understand the why - pertaining to Capital One project goals, business goals, and internal data structure
- Curiosity to dig several layers deep into solutions with an eye towards continuous improvement
- Clear and concise communicator, both written and verbal
- Collaborative, team player with the ability to drive projects independently
- Detail-oriented, strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders successfully managing the implementation of new projects.

- The salary range for this role is $100,000-$105,000. This is the range SevenRooms in good faith believes is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of the posting. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed remotely in any US state. Base pay offered may vary depending on, but not limited to education, experience, skills, geographic location, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also commission eligible. No amount is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
