Behind many of life’s most important transactions — buying a house, applying for a mortgage, getting a small business loan, or refinancing a credit card — is a network of credit relationships. Setpoint provides critical infrastructure for relationships between the world’s largest banks, credit funds and capital markets counterparties. We’re building trust in this system of credit. 

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team!

This is an opportunity to have a big impact and partner with the founding team, product and sales leaders. You’ll be a driver of the go-to-market strategy at Setpoint.

What you'll do:

  • Work with the Director of Marketing to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive new business growth
  • Product Marketing & Positioning – Own product launch campaigns, maintain consistent messaging across all channels, and define Setpoint’s value prop with the product team.
  • Sales Enablement & Content – Create sales decks, battle cards, and product guides. Develop case studies and thought leadership content to support sales and brand positioning.
  • Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth – Identify and target key accounts, run outbound and paid campaigns, manage email nurture sequences, and execute multi-channel marketing efforts.
  • Event & Conference Marketing – Manage sponsorships, event strategy, and attendee engagement. Track ROI and optimize for pipeline impact.
  • Performance & Growth Optimization – Monitor campaign performance in HubSpot, analyze data, and refine strategies to maximize efficiency and results.

You should have:

  • 4-6 years of experience in product marketing or consulting
  • Proven experience working with enterprise sales teams, ideally in a startup environment
  • Financial services experience is a plus
  • A “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude, with a drive to get things done across multiple marketing disciplines
  • A self-starter who’s passionate about the success of the team and takes initiative
  • Ability to travel monthly for meetings, events, and client entertainment 
  • Bachelor’s degree

Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 OTE dependent on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications.
