About the Role:

At Seso, our goal is to help workers safely arrive at their destination in the United States to quickly begin their work season with our clients under an H-2A visa. As a Travel and Group Logistics Representative, you will be responsible for essential activities to achieve the operation.

 

Activities and Functions:

Travel Logistics Activities

Review supplier compliance Coordinate worker departures at airports Supplier payment and local invoicing Research new suppliers

Groups Logistics

Verify that documents for WKR are ready. Welcome workers. Provide process information. Provide service information. Deliver and explain attendance list signatures. Take costs and attendance. Review DS-160. Collect Docs. (passport and photo form) Deliver Infosheet and additional info.

Consular Logistics

Verify delivery day at CAS and departure day (visa collection at consulate) Review Docs (pass) provided by the orientation rep. Attend CAS at 6 am for pass delivery. Coordinate worker departure to Biometrics and Interviews (if necessary). Deliver CAS pass to Consulate. Report interview results. Provide orientation support if necessary. Notify next interviewees. Verify WKR arrival day. Prepare orientation documents such as: Docs, Infosheet, and DS-160 forms. Support if necessary in orientations with representatives. In case of a DS-160 correction, make it or request it. Scan lists. Orientation Docs review. Drive folder verification for appointments, which must contain: Signed contracts Signed lists AdminProc/Rej/Waiver Sheets Digitized visas.

 

Requirements

+2 years of experience in similar activities. Preferably in start-up companies.

Availability to travel

Advanced written English. 

Intermediate oral English.

Location: Guatemala City.
