The Marketing Operation Apprentice Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and quick-learning student with a strong interest in tech, data, process automation, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to assist in the management and optimization of our HubSpot CRM, CMS, marketing campaigns, and cross-functional processes. You will work alongside our marketing, sales, and business development teams to drive operational efficiency, campaign performance, and process improvements through innovative AI solutions and automation tools.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical mindset, eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, and is particularly interested in exploring how AI can transform marketing operations. You will be responsible for supporting various tasks, including CRM management, automation workflows, AI-driven performance analysis, and more.

Key Activities:

  • HubSpot Management: Assist with managing contacts, creating landing pages, and supporting marketing teams with CRM and CMS tools. Explore the potential of AI for data enrichment, segmenting audiences, and automating data management tasks.
  • Campaign Support: Help set up campaigns, track performance metrics (open rates, clicks, conversions), and assist with A/B testing and optimization.
  • Automation Workflows & AI Integration: Support the creation of automated workflows for lead qualification, follow-ups, and task assignments. Help integrate AI-driven tools to automate repetitive tasks and enhance personalization in campaigns.
  • Reporting and Process Improvement: Help track KPIs, generate performance reports, and document and improve cross-team processes.
  • Website Updates: Support occasional website updates and enhancements when needed.
  • Assist with other operational tasks as they arise, gaining exposure to various aspects of the business.

An excellent level of English proficiency, very good interpersonal skills, and strong motivation are required. The candidate will need to demonstrate autonomy and innovation in a constantly changing environment. The list of tasks described is not necessarily exhaustive and may be modified according to the company's constraints and the evolution of its needs.

Desired Background and Skills

Education

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Data Science, Marketing Technology, or a related field.

Experience

  • Initial experience in marketing using a CRM and or CMS
  • Skills:
    • Strong interest in tech, AI, automation, and data analytics.
    • Basic understanding of CRM systems and CMS platforms.
    • Familiarity with marketing campaign metrics (KPIs like open rates, clicks, conversions).
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and optimize workflows.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools (Hubspot is a plus), Google Analytics, and basic Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
    • Experience with web analytics, Zoom webinars, and email marketing is a plus.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. French or other language a plus;
