IATF16949 System Quality Engineer

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the effective operation of IATF16949 quality system

  • Responsible for organizing and implementing quality implementation plans according to quality planning and objectives to ensure the realization of quality objectives

  • Responsible for establishing the quality target control system and continuously promoting the achievement and improvement of quality targets

  • Responsible for the formulation/optimization of quality performance planning, and organizing the evaluation of quality performance of each department

  • Responsible for formulating/optimizing the management processes of each department and organizing their implementation, and promoting the continuous, standardized and orderly daily management of the department

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above

  • More than 2 years working experience in IATF16949 quality system in battery factory

  • Master the basic knowledge of quality management and operation management

  • Strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills
