Advanced Platform Development - System Platform (Scientist / Engineer)

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the research and development of customers' cell schemes for future products

  • Integrate new materials and new technology elements within the company. Evaluate and select the material, formula, process and other technical elements required by the cell system platform

  • Responsible for developing the experimental scheme of platform products, cell process making, testing and verification, and problem analysis

  • Responsible for the analysis and improvement of abnormal problems in the system platform development and pilot stage, the assessment of direct or interactive effects of materials, the analysis of failure causes, and the assignment of the optimal development direction and MP import plan for the next step

  • Develop and create comprehensive material specifications, drawings and DFMEA

 

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or above, major in materials, chemistry or other science and engineering

  • More than 5 years of experience in cell system platform development, in-depth theoretical knowledge and working experience in cathode, anode, electrolyte,    separator and other materials

  • Have a certain understanding of cell design, chemical material system and production process

  • Clear logical thinking, good communication skills

  • Good English reading and writing skills. Oral fluency is preferred
