Sr. System Manager, Customer Acquisition

ServiceTitan is seeking a Sr. Systems Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. This position will thrive in a rapidly growing Customer Acquisition Organization. The applicant will be responsible for system architecture across the entire Customer Acquisition organization. In scope systems include Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketo, Funnel.io, Zapier, Salesloft, and Bizible.

What you'll do:

  • Full responsibility of all system architecture, configuration, and integration of Customer Acquisition tools
  • Make recommendations for Customer Acquisition business process automation utilizing Salesforce workflows, triggers, process builders
  • Own and systematically manage all system support need for Customer Acquisition team members
  • Work with Customer Acquisition management team to establish process and workflows for systems change management and execution
  • Collaborate with Corporate Systems and Salesforce Team on Customer Acquisition related Salesforce.com configuration, integrations and reporting
  • Partner with management team across Customer Acquisition to determine prioritization and execution path for systems related initiatives
  • Work with Customer Acquisition management team to define systems roadmap, establish process and workflows for systems change management and execution
  • Gain understanding of Customer Acquisition key KPIs to help build system infrastructure to support reporting and critical initiatives  
  • Make recommendations to improve efficiencies through development and adoption of best practices and standardized procedures
  • Monitor system performance, data integrity, and user activity to make recommendations on continuous improvements
  • Maintain status as a Customer Acquisition tools SME through: self-research, training, and community involvement
  • Manage troubleshooting and support tickets alongside our business partners
  • Collaborate with Enablement to make  and implement recommendations to improve efficiencies through development and adoption of best practices and standardized procedures
  • Manage and mentor a Business Systems Analyst resource, with proper career pathing objectives

What you'll need:

  • BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field required
  • 5+ years of relevant Systems Administration and/or Business Operations experience  
  • 2+ years of Salesforce.com configuration and Force.com Certified administrator, required
  • 3+ years of Salesforce.com configuration and Force.com Certified administrator, required
  • 2+ years of Salesforce.com APEX and and Certified Platform Developer, required
  • Excellent critical thinking skills; able to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components and think through optimal solutions
  • Understands object-oriented concepts and fundamentals of logic (IFs, ANDs, and ORs)
  • Strong understanding of Customer Success
  • Clear communicator with excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally to understand business requirements and translate them to effective use of applications
  • Confidence in advocating best practices
