Role Overview
As a Product Manager at Sertis, responsible for taking our IP and further commercializing it in a repeatable, systematic way.You will be at the forefront of driving our innovative AI and data solutions from concept to market launch. You will play a critical role in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet marketplace needs.
In this role, you will :
- Develop and communicate product vision and strategy in alignment with Sertis' overall business objectives
- Use market research, competitive analysis and user studies to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation
- Communicate a product roadmap and strategy to stakeholders at all levels
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful product delivery
- Define and track key product metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement
- Work closely with the development team to prioritize features, manage the product backlog, and ensure timely delivery
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform product decisions and enhance user experience
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotion plans
- Provide guidance and support to sales and marketing teams for product launches and client engagements
- Build and nurture a strong community around Sertis’s AI products, engaging with users through various channels
- Help to foster a culture of innovation, learning, and collaboration within the product team
You’ll be successful if you have:
- A degree in Engineering and/or an BBA, MBA
- 5+ years of experience in digital product management, preferably in the AI or data domains
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products including the cross-functional leadership needed to ensure all dimensions of the business case for products are met
- Strong understanding of Data and AI technologies and their commercial application
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Understanding of customer experience principles and best practices (e.g. Design Thinking Principle)
- Experience with UX design principles and user research methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools
- Ability to take a leadership role, drive cross-functional collaboration, and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in data analysis and data analysis tools is a plus
