We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Engineering Operations (EngOps) Specialist to join our team. As an EngOps Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our engineering organization, with a focus on process improvement and tool development. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in an EngOps or related operations role, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a strong ability to drive projects to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our engineering organization.
- Work closely with engineering teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to streamline workflows.
- Manage and maintain engineering tools and systems.
- Own the hiring process for the engineering organization, including managing hiring agencies, updating hiring tools, and managing hiring pipelines.
- Develop and deliver training programs to improve team members' skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze engineering metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure that engineering teams have the necessary resources to be productive.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in an EngOps or related operations role
- Strong project management and process improvement skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience working with agile methodologies
- Experience owning the hiring process for an organization, including managing hiring agencies, updating hiring tools, and managing hiring pipelines
