How we work

πŸ’¬  We primarily communicate through a virtual world product called SoWork, but we also heavily use Slack and Notion.

🀝  We have an all-hands weekly meeting on Monday to discuss larger objectives and short stand-ups within each team during the week.

🎲  Every Friday we do a virtual team activity - anything from playing a competitive game of poker to using teamwork to defuse a virtual bomb.

The Role

  • Series is looking to add an experienced technical customer support associate to help educate and address client concerns. The customer support associate is expected to assist with addressing customer tickets (technical and non-technical) and building out efficient processes. They will also be expected to assist in collecting feedback from customers, be quick to respond to requests, and properly set expectations both internally and externally. The ideal individual will approach the job with an eagerness to learn, enthusiastic attitude, positive-sum mindset, and show emotional endurance.
  • This role requires technical expertise in the form of (but not necessarily limited to) API calls (Postman), scripts, Technical processes (Jira), and experience interacting with and presenting to product and engineering teams

Salary Range for this Role:

  • $80,000 - $110,000
