Provide strategic direction for IT landscape aligned to the business needs of our growing presence in India.
Own the planning and implementation of IT project. Owning the reporting of status, risks and provide recommendations to address business needs.
Build strong collaboration and working relationships within Sequoia and external vendors.
Align resources and set clear roles and objectives for IT team you will be leading.
Be hands-on with technology and act as a technical SME working directly with IT and Security on technology fixes and implementations.
Engage and manage vendors and a 3rd party service providers.
Manage asset inventory, hardware and software licensing and procurement.
Be proactive when it comes to addressing IT and Security needs by developing scalable processes and systems.
Maintain and update documentation such as processes and procedures, operational manuals, diagrams, inventory, and knowledge articles.
Oversee and manage IT Support queue, monitor services, create metrics to measure IT service delivery and end user satisfaction as well IT ops such as incident management
Bachelor’s degree required
10+ years of experience in IT with 3 of those directly managing a team.
Proven track record of leading and managing complex technical projects.
Strong technical skills and experience with Active Directory, Office 365, Okta, AWS and Azure.
Experience with networking such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and Wi-Fi/WAP
Passion for customer service and user experience
