The Total Rewards Team:

The Total Rewards Team is the change agent enabling Sequoia to transform the way people-first companies invest in their employees. The ability to create and execute holistically designed Compensation, Benefits, Retirement, and Wellbeing programs is historically limited due to inadequate technology, disparate systems, fragmented data, and a lack of comprehensive expertise. Through the Sequoia People Platform and experts across total rewards, we remove silos, provide detailed insights, and drive thoughtful strategy that is more rewarding for both clients and team members alike.

We are subject matter experts partnering with product development and data teams to unify, analyze, and operationalize people data under one platform – The Sequoia People Platform.
