Sequoia is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to assist with a variety of projects at various biotech clients within California. Primary job functions will include coordinating project activities, managing project documentation, tracking schedules, supporting procurement activities and assisting in project logistics.
Responsibilities
Schedule and facilitate project meetings while recording meeting minutes, action items and decisions
Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team
Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner
Create detailed project plans documenting tasks, dependencies, milestones, and resources
Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor project plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures as required
Assist with drafting project documentation such as Project Charter, Lessons Learned, and Project Closure documentation as appropriate
Prepare communication materials for stakeholder presentations
Keep the Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues that may impact project outcomes
Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree within a life science or related field required
5+ years of experience within Pharma/Biopharma, Medical Device, or Biotech industry with at least 2 year of project coordination/management experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
Life sciences experience strongly preferred
Experience using MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and leadership skills as well as a strong work ethic
Experience within a cGMP and FDA regulated environment highly recommended
Salary Range
$80,384.58—$114,487.13 USD
