Your Role

Semasio is a Unified Targeting provider that enables digital marketers to reach their target audience by seamlessly combining Audience and Contextual targeting. Our clients are leading global media agencies, brands and publishers, and we operate globally within the NAM, EMEA and APAC regions.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Technical Account Manager to join our team. The Lead Technical Account Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of our ad tech solutions for clients across the EMEA, APAC, and NAM regions, while leading a team of Account Managers. This position requires a strong understanding of advertising technology, exceptional client-facing skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Day to Day

  • Technical Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical communication with partners, clients, and internal development teams, ensuring clear and consistent alignment to project goals and requirements
  • Project Oversight: Oversee and coordinate various projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, partners, and internal teams, addressing issues promptly and effectively through a ticketing system
  • Interdisciplinary Communication: Work closely with Commercial Leadership, Customer Success Managers, Support & Engineering, and other key stakeholders to ensure efficient communication
  • SaaS Platform Maintenance: Maintain and improve the user interface of the SaaS platform for client interactions, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience
  • Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, communications, and project progress, providing regular reports to stakeholders
  • Global Targeting Offerings: Coordinate, distribute, and promote global off-the-shelf targeting offerings across multiple partner marketplaces
  • Product- Sales/Marketing Liaison: Act as the bridge between Product Data and Marketing/ Sales to promote better feedback loops, and to keep the client/partner facing teams up to date, join client/partner calls when needed
  • Market Trend Analysis: Perform analytical market trend analysis to predict market potential using tools like Google Trends, Power BI, and IAB Taxonomy

Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of Technical Account or Business Development experience preferably in consulting and managing around complex software solutions
  • Strong technical background with expertise in ad serving platforms, programmatic advertising, data management platforms (DMPs), and related technologies
  • Experience or interest in the online marketing industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills and  ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively
  • Previous team management experience, with hands on mentality and drive to learn and understand new topics
  • Speaks and writes English and German fluently
