Select Funding is seeking a talented and experienced Operations Supervisor in the Capital Equipment and Finance field to play a critical role with our exciting, rapidly growing business located in Calabasas, CA. Much of this person’s day-to-day work will center around developing good working relationships and continuously improving the funding department process.


What "YOU" will be responsible for:

  • Produce daily documents and addendums and collecting necessary data to fund each transaction
  • Quality assurance checks on all signed documentation including auditing and verifying all documentation for accuracy
  • Manage the day-to-day activity of the analyst and funding functions to ensure transactions are completed in a timely manner
  • Work directly with sales team and funding analysts to collect all documents essential to funding transactions
  • Maintain constant communication between account executives and/or brokers
  • Confirms terms and conditions of contracts
  • Interpret and understand credit approvals and clear credit stipulations
  • Ensures that improvements are identified and implemented as necessary to maintain a high level of production and workflow
  • Point of escalation for sales managers and/or broker managers
  • Provides positive leadership skills that encourages teamwork, communication, and personal development

 What "WE" require:

  • 5+ years of relevant office experience (Lending/Finance background STRONGLY preferred)
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive self-starter with a positive, “can-do” attitude
  • Must be able to work independently and/or with a team
  • Maintains strict confidentiality and solid judgment to accomplish tasks at hand
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Experience working with a CRM REQUIRED (Salesforce experience strongly preferred)
  • Bachelors degree in Business or Finance preferred but not required
