Select Funding is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Administrator

The Salesforce Admin is responsible for the overall administration of Salesforce.com This includes, but is not limited to, system configuration, ongoing testing and maintenance, new feature implementation, and release management. This role collaborates with other Salesforce admins and developers to meet business requirements in a dynamic, high-growth environment. While this position does require a moderate level of technical acumen, it is not a developer position. This role will report to the CEO.



Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall configuration, functionality and end-user support of the Salesforce.com platform.
  • Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, triggers, custom workflows, approval processes, installed packages, etc.
  • Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings, etc.
  • Establish and implement change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc.
  • Propose solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality and translate approved solutions into actionable deliverables, ensuring high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency.
  • Manage data imports, database de-duping, and cleanup.
  • Manage the integration of applications connected to Salesforce.com.
  • Creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards
  • Identify production risks and areas for improvement; prioritizes, designs and facilitates successful implementation and adoption of new processes.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree. Information Management or equivalent experience in field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 to5 year of Salesforce Admin experience.
  •  Live within a commutable distance to Calabasas, CA.
  • The Salesforce will collaborate with various teams such as program management, development teams, operations, sales, brand/marketing, to lend clarification and support to requirements definition at all stages of the product life cycle.
  • Minimum of 3 to5 year of Salesforce Admin experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
  • Previous experience in admin Salesforce in the software/IT vertical strongly preferred.
  • At least 2 full life-cycle Salesforce or CRM implementation preferred.
  • Prior experience supporting a user base of at least 100 users.
  • Prior experience being apart of a call center implementation, having been responsible for the implementation's analysis, configuration, management and reporting.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Communities would be a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills. The ability to solve highly complex business problems across platforms utilizing Salesforce and other business applications.
  • 2+ years’ Experience with Salesforce App Exchange apps like Conga, AdobeSign, Five9, Live Message, Advologix, Lightning, Visual Force Pages, Data Loader, Workflow & Approvals, Reports, Custom Objects, Custom Tabs, Email Services, Security Controls, Sandbox data loading, Workbench, MS Excel, MS Visio.
