What you will be doing

  • As a subject matter expert, you will provide technical services to designated customers
  • You will successfully scope and deliver installation projects in collaboration with customers and technical stakeholders
  • Operating as a trusted advisor you will recommend and leverage technologies, architectures, integrated solutions, and tooling to enable successful implementation and value realisation of Seldon products into complex enterprise environments 
  • Be an internal advocate for customers, collaborating with Product, Technology and Marketing to ensure customer needs are addressed effectively. 

What you will bring to the team

  • 3+ years of experience of hands-on delivery of complex cloud or on-premise enterprise technology solutions
  • Strong DevOps background with production Kubernetes and Docker, and experience with Linux 
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across both business and technical stakeholders
  • Bias for creative problem solving to drive successful customer outcomes
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience

Nice to have 

  • Experience with GoLang and/or Python
  • Experience of machine learning tools in production
