We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to manage the Seldon SaaS product internal infrastructure. We provide Cloud Native products that run on top of Kubernetes and are open-core with several successful open source projects including Seldon Core, Alibi:Explain and Alibi:Detect. 

What you will be doing

  • Manage and develop the Seldon SaaS product internal infrastructure to ensure it scales with demand 
  • Handle security (ISO) and GDPR requirements for SaaS product
  • Manage our internal services on cloud Infrastructure
  • Define our approach to DevOps and champion core best practice across the engineering team
  • Contribute towards the technical roadmap 
  • Work collaboratively across our Technology team 
  • Help resolve escalated support tickets when required 

What you will bring to the team

  • At least 3+ years of industry experience scaling and operating production systems with a DevOps focus
  • Experience with Cloud APIs from Google, AWS and optionally Azure
  • Experience with development and scripting (Python, Shell)
  • Experience with Kubernetes and the ecosystem of Cloud Native tools
  • Familiarity with linux based development
  • A degree in a scientific or engineering subject or equivalent additional experience

Nice to have? 

  • Contributions to open source projects
  • A broad understanding of data science and machine learning 
  • Understanding of explainable AI or machine learning monitoring in production
  • Familiarity with python tools for data science
