You will be joining our growing Product and Design team in a creative role enhancing the user-centric design of Seldon products and developing a delightful user experience.

What you will be doing

  • Work collaboratively across the company to produce user-centered UX designs for Seldon products and other parts of our customer experience
  • Ensure that the customer experience for users using Seldon products is efficient and delightful
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems when exploring Seldon’s products
  • Work to understand the motivations and needs of specific target groups and end-users 
  • Define UX workflows and how best to prioritise them throughout each quarter
  • Find insightful ways to solve UX challenges with updated personas, user journeys and wireframes

What you will bring to the team

  • 3 - 5 years experience in b2b UX design experience  
  • Proficient with design applications like Axure, Balsamiq, Figma, Sketch and Adobe Suite
  • The ability to understand new technical products and concepts efficiently
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas effectively 
  • A passion for creative problem solving with a keen eye for detail
  • Self-starter, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

A bonus!

  • You thrive on technical detail to influence API-level workflows
  • A strong understanding of enterprise software workflows and know-how to cater for the needs of Developer Operations (DevOps), Machine Learning (ML) Engineers, or Data Science personas
  • Ability to evaluate UX feasibility with the product design team when building wireframes or workflows
