You will be joining Abie as the second member of our Marketing team in a role which offers autonomy, responsibility and the opportunity to cultivate our strategic approach to campaign management and ultimately help drive the success of Seldon. 

What you will be doing

  • You will be essential in contributing towards the success of Seldon, working closely with our growing Sales team to enable a healthy pipeline by meeting targets for demand and marketing qualified lead generation
  • You will execute a regular cadence of multi-channel campaigns through effective planning and scheduling ensuring the right MQL’s with the right downstream results
  • You will partner with Sales, Product and Tech teams to collaborate on campaign ideas, taking onboard feedback to ensure their success 
  • You will proactively look at ways to iteratively improve and automate systems and processes 
  • As part of a small team, you will also work effectively across the marketing mix, collaborating across the business on events, thought leadership and content creation 

What you will bring to the team

  • An analytical mindset and a strong understanding of marketing data analytics 
  • The ability to demonstrate proven success/ results against targets in a previous demand-generation/ campaign management role 
  • 2+ years of experience working in a modern marketing platform e.g. Pardot or Hubspot with strong knowledge of Salesforce 
  • 4+ years of experience working in Marketing, with prior experience in at least one B2B start-up/ scale-up tech company
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining attention to detail and excellent critical judgement 
  • A proactive approach to continuous improvement and the ability to take initiative to create structure out of unstructure 
  • Fantastic communication skills and the ability to write high-quality, persuasive and articulate campaign content
