Product Managers at Seismic drive product vision and responsible for the success of the product through all phases of the development process from ideation to release and beyond. PMs ensure that our new features and capabilities are easy to use and solve our customers’ problems in the right way. Success in this role will your product sense, customer empathy and knowledge, leadership skills, and ability to get stuff done. 

Engagement Experience is one of the fastest growing product areas within Seismic. Our platform helps customer-facing teams to drive compelling conversations and interactions across the full customer lifecycle by effectively leveraging content and keeping up to date with the latest knowledge and learning opportunities.  

As a Product Manager on the Engagements team, you will work on products and features that help customers to engage customers effectively through various channels including meetings, emails and digital sales rooms. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring that Seismic’s engagement workflows enable high quality and efficient customer interactions, while also remaining compliant with respect to industry regulations. Collaborating closely with both R&D and GTM teams, you will incorporate the latest trends and capabilities in AI and user experience to deliver solutions that delight our customers. 

 

What you will do:

  • Develop a deep understanding of Seismic’s products, customers’ needs, and the Sales Enablement space 
  • Prioritize product investments by integrating various data points including customer feedback, market research and competitive analysis 
  • Translate product strategy into roadmaps that balance long-term and short-term priorities 
  • Develop product requirements, align on scope, and partner with design & engineering teams to ship new capabilities to our customers 
  • Define and analyze key metrics that inform decision making and quantify impact of product initiatives 
  • Support the go-to-market process and collaborate with product marketing, enablement and customer-facing teams to launch features smoothly and drive adoption 

  

What you bring to the team:

  • 5+ years track record in product management shipping successful B2B SaaS products 
  • Experience owning products end-to-end from ideation to delivery and beyond 
  • Good intuition for user experience and solutions that promote customer delight and retention
  • Technical acumen – you can have credible conversations with engineer stakeholders about technical tradeoffs
  • Strategic thinker, analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate product value to internal teams, customers and leadership
  • Ability to influence and inspire stakeholders through collaboration, compelling vision and clear presentation
  • Motivated self-starter able to translate uncertainty and ambiguity into clear, crisp plans
