DESCRIPTION: Sehlke Consulting is looking for a qualified individual to join a team that shall perform in a collaborative environment and facilitate the multifaceted processes to reconcile and close both direct and reimbursable documents and segments. Our support is required to facilitate surge deadlines, ongoing internal data requests, and facilitate unliquidated obligations. This team member shall primarily include supporting automated database/Access programs in support of the Reimbursable Work Order (RWO) Receipt, Acceptance, Reconciliation and Closeout. Additional supporting tasks shall include: • Reimbursable Reconciliation and Closeout (FY 13-17) • Triannual Review (TAR) Execution direct and reimbursable funding sources.
LABOR CATEGORY / DUTIES: • MS Access experience required • Ability to develop initial format and infrastructure of an Automated Database/Access Programs in support of the Reimbursable Work Order (RWO) Receipt, Acceptance, Reconciliation and Closeout in order to track, monitor, and populate forms. o Ability to review, test, and update processes to allow for continued automation. o Document processes, draft Standard Operating Procedures, documents, and document Access code.
REQUIREMENTS: • 2 Years of experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, Word, and Power Point or equivalent office productivity software. • 1 Year of experience building Microsoft Access Databases, maintaining infrastructure, and associated documentation.
DESIRED: • DoD Financial Management experience • Experience in SQL Server, Oracle, Python, etc.
