POSITION TITLE: Functional Area Analyst – Senior/Middle/Junior LOCATION: Falls Church, Virginia
DESCRIPTION: Sehlke Consulting has a requirement to provide Navy Medicine (NM) Financial and Business Operations Management Support (FBOMS). The requirement will provide program management, operational support, financial management operations, business process improvement, change management and information management services to provide an integrated approach across core business functions to enhance the overall mission capabilities.
Sehlke Consulting is looking for qualified individuals to join a team that will provide demonstrated experience and ability to lead or supervise a team with responsibilities supporting the development and implementation of process improvement activities in the functional areas of: Data Management; Business Management/Program Control; Cost Variance Analysis; General Management and Procurement; Human Resources; Medical; Reserve Finance; Materiel Management and C3I. A mastery of Microsoft Office applications; specifically Excel and PowerPoint is critical.
EDUCATION: a Bachelor's Degree (at a minimum)
CERTIFICATION(s): None required.
REQUIREMENTS: Experience in functional area analysis and Standard Operating Procedure writing and coordination. Familiarity with Navy Medicine business processes, logistics, financial management, and acquisition discipline. Procedural training experience. Organizational Change Management Support Major Business Process (MBP) Documentation
