What you’ll do:
- Manage and develop a team of world-class
- Help grow our Processing engineering teams from over the next 12
- Partner closely with other engineering leaders to build the Segment Connections product
- Partner closely with our product leadership team to define the strategy for the group
- Work with our go-to-market leadership and cross-functional leadership to bring new product features to life and improve our existing product
- Be intimately connected to our customers and be a champion and voice of our customers
- Build a function/brand that attracts aspiring from all over the world
What you’ll bring:
- 10+ years experience or equivalent, including at least 6+ years of managing a team of
- Experience driving career growth for early-in-career, mid-level, and senior engineers and engineering managers
- Experience managing product engineering teams of 10+ members building data-intensive products at high scale
- Experience with hiring skilled, diverse talent from around the world
- The ability to synthesize all inputs and develop a very crisp engineering roadmap to deliver on our product promises
- A proven track record of incredibly impressive product launches
