Your Team:
Solving impactful problems on Seesaw’s Product Management team feels different from any other place. First, we are given lots of ownership over the product roadmap early on, collaborating on how and when things will be built from the start. Second, we have a strong connection to the user, listening to teacher feedback and observing how students and families interact with the platform in real life to iterate over our releases. And third, we enjoy ample autonomy to learn and grow, and often see ideas pushed to production in weeks, not months. Globally, millions of children rely on Seesaw every day, and we derive a deep sense of purpose and responsibility towards student learning and the product experience.

Our team is constantly learning and evolving, so we need your flexibility as we define and refine how we need to evolve. We often learn by shipping, so you won’t find an obsession with rigid processes here. As our team ramps up hiring, we’re committed to a collaborative company culture as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI); surveying employees, participating in training, and learning from one another. Though we care deeply and work diligently, we also value our personal lives, families, and hobbies, and encourage team members to take time off.

At the end of the day, we delight in how much our users adore our product. It’s incredibly fulfilling to read thank you tweets from teachers and know we are building something with a meaningful impact! And while we saw tremendous growth during the pandemic, we’ve still got a lot more growing to do. Joining our team now means you’ll get to help us innovate the next features that make the learning experience even better for students all over the world.

Your Role:
Seesaw is seeking a highly motivated and collaborative individual to join our team as a Product Manager. As a Product Manager at Seesaw, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our platform and ensuring it continues to provide exceptional experiences for educators, students, and families. • Product Roadmap Planning: Facilitate and contribute to roadmap planning, collaborating with different teams to propose and own problem spaces and roadmap items. Continuously evolve project-level roadmaps throughout the year based on insights and feedback, allowing for flexibility based on project requirements and seasonality.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders. Gather feedback from educators and administrators to inform product decisions and ensure their needs are met, and watch Seesaw in action through classroom visits.
  • Competitive Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor products. Conduct regular analysis to identify opportunities and areas for differentiation, leading to improvements and innovation within Seesaw's product offerings.

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
