Seera Academy Coordinator

About the job:

We are looking for a positive and energetic Retail Academy Coordinator to support our employee development initiatives through coordinating and hosting training events, educational trips and managing day to day operations of the Academy.

If you are super organized, like to organize small and large groups of people, and can think of the ways to engage our employees (e.g. events or outdoor activities), we’d like to meet you!

Your responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize and coordinate Academy events such as meetings with external guests and speakers, visits and off-site events
  • Resolve complaints or issues of the Academy trainees
  • Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
  • Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
  • Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, scheduling meetings)
  • Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office

About you: 

  • 2+ years in a similar Administrative role
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and professional skills in English and Arabic
  • Strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Able to prioritize tasks and manage change; punctual and good with deadlines
  • You are organized and detail oriented
  • You are Independent, and like to get things done
