We are looking for a Product Designer (UI/UX), based in Spain (Palma de Mallorca), to work closely with our product teams focusing on the Mawasim experience.

The product team is also based in Spain and will be in charge of implementing several applications for our internal agents and our customers. These applications are web and mobile based and require a strong and seamless design.

This position is in Seera’s Spain Unit, focusing on the Mawasim business.

 

Your responsibilities:

 

  • Define and redefine various user experience journeys and workflows from initial ideation to sketches, wireframes, prototypes and final UI. 
  • Work on new solutions using techniques such as sketches, wireframes, prototypes and final UI. 
  • This role requires both UX and UI/visual skillsets.
  • Develop and maintain customer journey (through quantitative and qualitative research). 
  • Drive a user-centered design approach. Influence the product direction and/or roadmap through UX.
  • Quantitative and qualitative research:
    • Define metrics for and run A/B testing in the user workflow and evaluate results effectively to iteratively improve the user experience.
    • Discovery and validation of solutions using UX methods such as prototyping, usability testing, interviews and focus groups.
  • Drive a user-centered design approach. Influence the product direction and/or roadmap through UX.
  • Close collaboration with product owners, stakeholders and the development team to define problem statements and facilitate a shared understanding on the solutions.
  • The position is based in Spain. However the position would require some travel to Dubai.

Your profile:

  • 3-5 years of experience in UX and Design with a proven record of successfully shipped consumer-oriented experiences. 
  • Past experience working in travel,  e-commerce, or in data-informed teams is a plus.
  • Required languages: English, Spanish, Arabic is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • You have a Hands-on mentality and a structured way of thinking.
  • Proficient in design tools (such as Sketch, InVision, Zeplin)
