Managing Retail’s operations through ensuring optimal utilization of resources such as, budget, cost and employees. And ensuring company’s standards and procedures are in place.
Work location: Al-Qassim Region
- Applying Seera’s branches strategy to achieve set objectives.
- Managing branches quality and standers through building of checklist.
- Advise on branches places to exist in with paying an attention to location strategy and cost efficiency
- Collecting and analyzing branches statistics sales rates vs costs.
- Ensuring all relevant Retail branches’ communications and data are updated and recorded.
- Supporting regional managers in facilitating branches’ requirements to achieve set objectives.
- Monitoring day to day activity through minimise errors and keep track of operative performance
- Recording statistics, user rates and performance levels of branches
- Wide exposure in Providers management.
- Excellent knowledge in customer experiences
- Local market demographic distributions
- High negotiation skills
- Bachelor degree of higher education level
