About The Role
We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager who will play a critical role in growing Mawasim's online Business - Seera's refreshed Travel Management unit that focuses on providing complete Hajj & Umrah services to the travel industry.
You will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of key OTAs around the world.
- You will be in direct contact with all online clients of Mawasim and suppliers
- Promote Mawasim online reservation services to potential business clients
- Promote Mawasim online inventory to the potential suppliers
- Ensures that all online initiatives are globally driven and monitored
- In charge of the end to end enrolment process : from initial sign-up, to onboarding and making Mawasim the preferred supplier/distribution channel
- Work closely with the product management team to identify and prioritize customers' needs
- You have 6-8 years of customer facing experience in sales, account management and/or product management within an IT company (Travel industry is a plus)
- You have experience managing medium and large accounts and selling IT solutions.
- You have functional experience in Web Services/API solutions.
- You are reliable and results oriented
- You have B2B experience (ideally on travel)
- You have excellent communication skills and can influence the right people at the right level
- You are able to influence C-Level stakeholders
- You are able to travel 30-40% of the time
