Lead the development of our SaaS Vendor Risk Management solutions
Responsible for developing and leading the product strategy and communicating the vision, internally and externally
Responsible for executing to positive outcomes at every stage the product life cycle working with UX, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and other organizations
Responsible for driving leading products through launch, including pricing and packaging discussions.
Responsible for training and enabling peers and partner organizations
Maintaining a clear defined roadmap and groomed backlog for the product line
Drive alignment within the organization and with the market/customers on product solutions
Manage, analyze, and report on metrics associated with growth and success, providing suggestions for enhancements and identifying opportunities for improvement
Monitor ROI on product investments with support from other teams, ensuring product market fit
Engage and monitor customer and user insights, owning customer discovery
Lead and conduct market analysis and research
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience building software products and services, especially SaaS with a background or previous experience in Vendor Risk Management
Previous experience working in Scrum, Agile/Lean Agile environments and/or previous experience working in Scaled Agile
Experience with or certifications in User Centered Design
Solid track record taking concepts all the way through launch, beginning with identifying the user problems and challenges
Track record of on-time deliveries and success in delivering on company goals
Maturity to balance short-term and long-term development needs simultaneously
Experience in leading cross functional team
