The Role
As HR Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring effective execution of pre-boarding and onboarding activities for new hires and employee records management, both electronic and paper. Prepares and releases documents related to employee information.
How you'll contribute
- Prepares various hiring documents (i.e., appointment papers, contracts, etc).
- Coordinates with potential hirees’ submission of pre-employment requirements and collates submissions.
- Facilitates efficient onboarding activities on day 1 of new hires and logistics preparation.
- Turns over new hires documents to Compensation, Benefits and Records Department and provides new hires info to other units as needed.
- Processes taxpayer’s registration (i.e., TIN) of new hires (if applicable) with Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
- Prepares account opening for new hires payroll.
- Updates and manages preparation of documents such as BAP, ENFIS, memos on promotion/Merit Increases etc., to update/collate employee information as needed.
- Manages regular update of Table of Organization (T.O.) to update reporting lines and approved plantilla
- Reviews and approves encoded transactions in HRIS (e.g. profile creation, employee information updates such as movements, regularization, salary adjustments etc.,) to ensure the integrity of information from physical to electronic records.
- Ensures completeness of pre-employment requirements and timely processing of probationary employees to comply within TAT and labor standards.
- Prepares various hiring documents (i.e., appointment papers, contracts, etc).
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration / or any related field
- At least 2 yrs relevant experience as HR Admin in Onboarding
- Good communication skills in English (oral and written)
- Employee Records Administration and Maintenance, Database Management
- Records Management, Business Writing skills
- Organized, keen to details, able to handle huge amounts of information
- Pro-active and with sense of urgency
