The Role

The Sales Officer is responsible for soliciting auto loans in his/her assigned geographical area from Branches, Auto Dealers, Brokers, or Sales Agents.

We are looking for a Sales Officer who will bring fresh ideas to the continuous improvement of our processes, and the passion when it comes to the execution of projects and tasks. We also need the Sales Officer to be versatile and enthusiastic when it comes to dealing with challenges.

How you'll contribute

  • Directly solicits loans from Branches, Accredited, Auto Dealers, and Brokers with the objective of meeting the volume targets
  • Supervise  Dealer Coordinators and ensure that the geographical area of coverage is adequately serviced.
  • Pre-screens applications received from the dealers, brokers, or sales agents to ensure completeness and accuracy of the information upon processing.  
  • Monitors applications received from various selling channels and coordinates with the selling channels of Auto Loans [i.e. dealers, brokers, or sales agents) regarding their customer’s loan applications.  
  • Ensures that processing TAT is met across the process from the loan application, approval/decision, booking, and disbursement of loan proceeds.  Ensures compliance with document deficiencies within acceptable TAT.  
  • Review all returned/rejected loan application forms and preparation of memos for reconsideration, if applicable
  • Implements incentive programs, as applicable to increase the number of dealers, brokers or sales agents, and their customer referrals for Auto Loans.
  • Establishes tie-ups with dealers and brokers or sales agents to increase breadth and reach to customers.
  • Implements marketing programs, showcases, and sales blitzes on their assigned area. 
  • Attends  events, training, and seminars to further enhance product knowledge and skills 
  • Regularly do sales calls on dealers, brokers or sales agents, and clients.
  • Recommends accreditation of qualified dealers and brokers or sales agents.

What we’re looking for

  • Must have at least 3-4 years of experience as Auto Dealers
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing
  • Must have knowledge in Implementing marketing programs,  showcases, and sales blitzes in their assigned area.
  • Willing to attend training and seminars to further enhance product knowledge and skills
  • Must recommend accreditation of qualified brokers, dealers, or sales agents
  • Metro Manila Based
