The Role

As Account Officer, you are responsible to build relationships with Security Bank Branches. (BM’s/SO/SA) You will also serve as POC for the assigned accounts through regular sales calls and implementations.

How you'll contribute  

  • Responsible for product orientation to employees of the companies either thru nesting activity, email blast, poster information materials
  • Forms strategic account plans including customer profiles, targeted programs, application description, forecast reports and action items
  • Responsible in requesting for line increases, lifting of suspension and other related matters to maintaining an active account
  • Submits to Collections names of resigned employees from companies
  • Coordinates between the company and collections on resigned, terminated and/or deceased borrowers
  • Responsible for maintaining and increasing utilization rate from existing accredited accounts

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in account management, people management, loan operations, KYC operations from banking/financial industry
  • With knowledge in Sales-Corporate, Sales-Retail, Sales-Financial Services, Telemarketing
  • Good time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Possesses good coordination and cultivates good interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
