Position Details

This position is a great fit for proven agency leaders that want to move from transactional contingent staffing into solutions and partner with mid 6 figure strategic clients.

This is a senior and consultative position that will oversee strategic clients and candidate relationships. This role will work directly with leadership at a handful of growth-stage technology companies based in SF & NYC to help them hire talent and scale.

The position is at the crossroad of day to day execution and strategic thinking. The chosen candidate needs to have strong business acumen and an in-depth understanding of managing client relationships and the entire recruitment process.

The primary focus of this role is to source and interview talent for assigned clients, ensure that clients have a full candidate pipeline, that clients are successfully converting top talent to employees, implement and optimize recruiting process and technology, and to ensure that SecureVision retains and grows assigned clients.


 Experience and Skills Required

  • 3+ years of staffing (permanent placement) experience in a high-growth, high-intensity environment
  • Proven experience managing a book of business and consulting hiring managers on best practices
  • Experience conducting full life-cycle recruitment
  • Experience activating passive talent 
  • Experience leveraging a sales and costumer centric mindset to achieve desired results
