About the Role: 

You will have a pivotal impact on our early People Operations and Recruiting team by helping to usher us into the next phase of growth. You will wear many hats in this role, from owning outbound recruiting to creating a seamless hiring experience for all candidates and continuing to grow our strong culture of creativity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage an ongoing pipeline of job candidates and open roles at all levels
  • Use recruiting tools and your own creativity to directly source candidates
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages of the hiring process
  • Schedule and orchestrate virtual and onsite interviews with internal teams, ensuring all parties have the relevant information needed
  • Present recruiting-related insights at meetings with company leadership
  • Drive quality, efficiency, and diversity in candidate pipelines
  • Collaborate with technical teams on job descriptions and candidate interview workflows
  • Proactively coordinate initiatives around company culture including birthdays and team building events
  • Assist with benefits enrollment, administration of leaves, life event changes, and ad hoc programs

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in outbound sourcing and recruiting, scheduling, and maintaining a stellar candidate experience
  • A deep interest in making an impact on diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Experience in sourcing candidates for engineering roles
  • Trustworthiness and ability to handle confidential information with total discretion
  • Highly organized with extreme attention to detail and punctuality
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace as well as productivity and recruiting tools (we use Asana and Greenhouse)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to independently problem solve and execute on projects from concept to implementation
  • Interest in working in and around advanced technology and the people that make it

Where You’ll Work: 

Due to the nature of the job, we expect the majority of your working time to be spent in our office and R&D headquarters located in Allston, MA, close to MBTA Bus Routes, Boston Landing Commuter Rail Station, and the B Branch of the Green Line, and with free on-site parking.
