The Role
As a Venue Operations Specialist, you will be contributing to the expansion of our operational presence across football clubs in Europe.You will play a key role in managing the process of installing our cutting-edge equipment and systems in various sporting arenas. We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual to join us on this journey and help us build the next way of seeing sports.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage portable kit(s) domestically and support portable matches throughout Europe.
- Maintain legacy equipment in venue either personally or with a contractor.
- Site visits for Dragon upgrades.
- Manage installation process for Dragon upgrades.
- Maintain/troubleshoot Dragon systems.
- Provision equipment and help manage shipments into country (Phones/Switches/etc).
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally if needed (up to 50% of time).
What You Have:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (Flemish and French languages).
- Ability to deal with challenges and be efficient under pressure.
- Self-motivated, organized, and highly efficient personality.
- Rudimentary knowledge of networking (fibre/switches/cat6).
- Valid driving license and experienced with travelling.
- Willingness to transport equipment with own vehicle if needed.
- Experience with sending/receiving shipments (knowledge about customs is a plus).
- Ability to work at heights (small to medium ladders).
- Efficiently able to document your work on-site (photos/notion docs/spreadsheets/etc).
