Reporting to the EMEA Implementation Lead, you will be an important player in the delivery of Projects to our customers. You will work in our offices, remotely, and on our clients sites delivering implementation services. You will work on full new implementation projects spanning several months to smaller deliveries to existing clients spanning only days or weeks.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with clients to manage the delivery and configuration of systems, determine needs and solutions, advise on processes and best practices
- Lead project work-streams including the coordination and attendance of onsite meetings with customers
- Assess a Client’s needs and ensure that the solution blueprint covers and meets all requirements; manage gaps with our teams.
- Travel to different client locations to manage on-site consultancy, training, workshops, configuration and roll-outs
- Manage customer relationships and relationships with your team and suppliers, resolving problems and ensuring successful delivery
- Contribute to and maintain project and implementation documentation
- Work closely with the Product and Solutions teams to ensure deliverables
- Ensure client success by being a knowledgeable resource for them and resolving escalated client issues
- Facilitating a smooth handover to support following the complete of projects
- Help develop standard procedures and efficiencies
Who You Are
- At least 2 years experience or working in a Ticketing of Software Delivery environment, ideally both
- Ability to deliver effectively in fast paced environments
- A strong ethos of ownership and accountability
- Conscientious and able to be self-motivated
- You can digest problems effectively and find pragmatic, workable solutions
- You are able to think creatively when faced with challenges
- Willing and able to become an expert in all things SGE including SRO as well as various 3rd party integrations
- The ability to manage competing priorities and promote collaboration between departments
