We’re looking for a driven undergrad to work with SeatGeek’s brand team during Summer 2020. We’re looking for someone who is hungry to learn and contribute, excited about the world of technology, is equally creative and analytically minded, and interested in joining one of New York’s fastest-growing startups.

You’re a scrappy self-starter and comfortable working on multiple projects across a variety of marketing functions. As part of the brand team, you’ll gain exposure to many of SeatGeek’s marketing efforts, but will focus primarily on supporting our sponsorship marketing and PR efforts.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist the team in managing and executing our marketing assets across our MLS, NBA, and NFL sponsorships, and conduct reports on the health of these sponsorships against key SeatGeek KPIs
  • Be involved in brand initiatives related to the start of NFL/NBA season, MLS All-Star and other key events
  • Analyze internal data to identify ticket buying trends and storylines to draft internal and external content (i.e. get published!) 
  • Research, identify and work with members of the media to share data insights with consumer audience
  • Draft assets for distribution to media including press releases, pitches and talking points
  • Monitor the media landscape for opportunities to extend the SeatGeek brand

What You Have

  • Expected Bachelor’s degree in 2021
  • Prior writing experience, either through an internship or other role
  • Comfort in PowerPoint / Google slides and Excel / Google sheets
  • Interest in working with data, and a basic understanding of ways data can be used to tell a story and be visualized
  • Passion for live events: sports, music, comedy, and theater
