SeatGeek Enterprise, a division of SeatGeek Inc., develops, maintains, implements and supports a suite of tech products including SRO our latest ticketing software. We come from different places and have different stories to tell but share a passion for building outstanding ticketing technology to support live entertainment – Sports, Music, Theatre, Comedy and the Performing Arts.

Reporting to our EVP of Global Business, you will build and manage an Inside Sales team to promote the adoption of SeatGeek’s ticketing SaaS solution across mid-sized US Sports and Entertainment venues. 

What You’ll Do

  • Build, develop and manage a SaaS Inside Sales team
  • Work with the SGE leadership team to define and drive SGE sales strategy
  • Partner with Sales Operations to develop and optimize best-in-class operational procedures to acquire mid-sized Sports and Entertainment US clients
  • Mentor, coach and motivate sales reps to deliver revenue targets with a high degree of ethics and focus to client satisfaction
  • Partner with Marketing and Product teams to refine the value proposition and offering to mid-sized prospects
  • Build active pipeline and improve win rate through coaching and management of Inside Sales Team
  • Refine value proposition by target segment and optimize sales collateral/messaging
  • Direct ownership of Inside Sales portfolio and targets; reporting on progress and key industry developments to SGE Leadership
  • Drive lead generation strategy and incremental improvements alongside Marketing
  • Develop workflows to ensure clean transition to SGE Implementations and Support teams post-sale

Who You Are

  • You have 5+ years of direct or Inside Sales experience, with 3+ being in a management role
  • You excel at taking ownership to lead and drive a team forward with agility where there is ambiguity of process
  • You are a high-quality communicator, in particular able to explain the value proposition of a powerful SaaS Enterprise product
  • You have experience managing Inside Sales teams within the SaaS Enterprise space
  • You are excellent at navigating prospect politics
  • You are comfortable holding everyone around you accountable - prospects and SeatGeek alike
  • You are solution oriented - and able to build an atmosphere in which you can spark creative thinking to navigate challenges
