As our Logical Access / IAM Manager, your role will be serious business -- keeping the bad guys out, and managing the systems that support out our entitlements philosophy of “least privilege.” Your role will be a combination of technology management, process management, tool management, and hands-on development / execution. You’ll have operational responsibility for our authentication and authorization systems, along with integration with the systems that IAM is designed to protect.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee global Logical Access functions, including access to systems like Active Directory, AWS, Linux, network systems, and external cloud services
  • Daily operational tasks will be focused on account provisioning, network and system entitlements, distribution list management, and network content access permissions
  • Organize the development of a common Identity and Access Management framework that, over time, drives down the number of different authentication systems
  • Develop Logical Access procedures while reflecting state-of-the-art user-security best practices and compliance requirements

Who You Are

  • Decisive. You are comfortable staying close to the details and hands-on execution
  • Practical. You keep best practices top of mind while balancing security effectiveness without introducing operational friction
  • Collaborative. You work well in a team-setting and participate in planning discussions to help determine the service delivery roadmap

What You Have

  • 5+ years experience in Logical Access or some combination of Logical Access and related functions
  • Experience with Logical Access security practices in a cloud-based infrastructure environment (specifically AWS)
  • Availability to work off-business hours in some cases, depending on logical access requests/demands
  • Experience in the following: account provisioning tasks involving Windows/Active Directory and Linux, building Identity & Access Management programs, ITIL V3 & DevOps experience

Perks

  • A laid-back, fun workplace designed to facilitate collaboration and company wide events
  • $120/mo to spend on live events tickets
  • A superb benefits package that supports health/dental/vision
  • A focus on transparency. We have regular team lunches and Q&A panels where employees can chat openly with teams across SeatGeek, our co-founders, and external guests from the industry
  • Annual subscriptions to Citibike, Spotify, and meditation services
