SeatGeek has experienced tremendous growth over the past few years. As we continue to grow, it’s important that our teams operate more efficiently than ever before.

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support our senior leaders. Reporting to the Director of Office Operations, you’ll act as a gatekeeper and right hand to several of our executives, maximizing their efficiency by effectively managing their time and removing all administrative obstacles, all while getting a behind-the-scenes look at the operations of a high-growth tech company.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings, and serving as meeting secretary when needed 
  • Prepare communications, employing utmost attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Arrange complex travel logistics, often on short notice
  • Manage monthly expenses for the individual executives as well as their departments
  • Plan events, from department-wide offsites to sub-team social gatherings

Who You Are

  • You have a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of work experience, including experience supporting busy executives
  • You are curious and excited about pursuing a role in a high-growth tech company
  • You have exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • You are a strong communicator, both in speaking and writing
