We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support our senior leaders. Reporting to the Director of Office Operations, you’ll act as a gatekeeper and right hand to several of our executives, maximizing their efficiency by effectively managing their time and removing all administrative obstacles, all while getting a behind-the-scenes look at the operations of a high-growth tech company.
What You’ll Do
- Manage calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings, and serving as meeting secretary when needed
- Prepare communications, employing utmost attention to detail and confidentiality
- Arrange complex travel logistics, often on short notice
- Manage monthly expenses for the individual executives as well as their departments
- Plan events, from department-wide offsites to sub-team social gatherings
Who You Are
- You have a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of work experience, including experience supporting busy executives
- You are curious and excited about pursuing a role in a high-growth tech company
- You have exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- You are a strong communicator, both in speaking and writing
