We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to our clients. The support will be provided to the clients via remote login, email and phone.
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Microsoft environment
- Familiarity with databases such as MS-SQL
- Fluent English (verbal and written)
- Preference will be given for proven work experience as technical support engineer
- Preferably a relevant academic education (BSc/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field)
- Strong team player
- Friendly personality, excellent communication skills
