We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to our clients. The support will be provided to the clients via remote login, email and phone.


  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Microsoft environment
  • Familiarity with databases such as MS-SQL
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, XML, Java/JavaScript
  • Fluent English (verbal and written)
  • Preference will be given for proven work experience as technical support engineer
  • Preferably a relevant academic education (BSc/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field)
  • Strong team player
  • Friendly personality, excellent communication skills
