At SeatGeek, we’re creating a modern box office for teams, leagues, venues, and rightsholders that is completely differentiated from legacy ticketing providers.  Providing best-in-class ticketing software is the first step and a critical part of that is providing best-in-class support for our software.

We’re looking for a Senior Client Support Specialist to provide product support to our SeatGeek Enterprise clients. From answering software related questions to coordinating on sale activities and providing support for live events. You’ll work closely with Client Managers to ensure our clients have a great experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Take ownership of support cases by communicating with clients, investigating complex issues, and providing a resolution. 
  • Assist the Client Management team with coordinating on sales for large concerts, festivals and special events (+30,000)
  • Provide on-site support for live events as needed
  • Collaborate cross functionally with SeatGeek Product, CX, and SRO development teams to ensure prompt resolution to client issues
  • Provide a positive service experience to all SeatGeek Enterprise clients
  • Recognize and suggest new processes and tools to improve both client satisfaction and efficiencies of the team
  • Own projects and tasks geared towards improving processes for support team
  • Handle escalated support issues from Client Support Specialists

Who You Are

  • An exceptional problem solver with 4+ years of experience in live events and a strong understanding of ticket software systems & operations
  • An excellent communicator who keeps a positive attitude even in the most challenging situations
  • A critical thinker who loves to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A fast-learner. You can easily pick up a new software system and are eager to learn the ins and outs of our ticketing software (SRO)
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, travel periods may vary based on event and venue scheduling
  • Knowledge and experience of the following is a plus: Family Entertainment, Sports Ticketing (MLS, NFL, NBA, NHL), Ticketing Industry, Ticket scanning, EMV Hardware, Ticket Printers, API based SaaS
