We are looking for a Director of Sales Enablement to join our Sales and Revenue Operations team. You will be responsible for coaching, training, and development of programs that increase product knowledge and accelerate sales velocity and channel partnerships. This role will also partner with the Account Management team to help increase product adoption of all Seated restaurant partners. 


To be successful in this role you will have a passion for people with a track record of developing sales and support teams through trainings, content and collateral. As a critical member of our sales and restaurant team, this person will support revenue goals by creating onboarding and ongoing enablement content as we grow the team This role will require the ability to flex between strategic needs and roll-up-your-sleeves hands-on work.

What you’ll do 

  • Work collaboratively with sales, account management, marketing, product, finance and other key partners to increase sales results and productivity
  • Work closely with the Sales and Account Management teams to identify gaps in communication, resources, marketing assets, and process
  • Develop material to build out and support sales channel partnerships
  • Create all content needed to sell - both internal to educate the sales team and externally facing, including case studies, competitive information, fact sheets, and product descriptions
  • Provide the tools, assets, and resources needed to convert the team from selling 1 to multiple products
  • Lead education of sales and account management teams on existing and new product initiatives
  • Develop sales capability of the sales team through the design and implementation of sales skills development and go to market programs
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Growth, our Sales Channel partners, and Product teams
  • Implement, test, and measure all sales promotions and concessions to improve sales velocity 

What you’ll bring

  • 6+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales coaching/mentoring, or sales operations
  • Experience building on-boarding and enablement plans in a successful, high growth environment
  • Strategic problem solver that can take broad ideas and develop structured plans, actions and measurable metrics to execute those plans and deliver benefits
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Exceptional communicator, well versed in communication to individual sales team members as well as leadership level
  • Highly analytical. You take a data-driven approach to sales optimization
  • Experience working in rapidly changing and dynamic environments
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills and successful history of cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to balance a focus on measurable outcomes and prioritize with empathy for people, our members/restaurants, and the business
