PERFORMANCE MARKETING LEAD

What experience should you have:

5+ years experience supporting clients with Google Marketing Platform solutions in a professional services environment (strategy, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting).
Strong working skills in Google Marketing Platform (Google Analytics 360, Search Ads 360, Display and Video 360, Campaign Manager 360).
Knowledge of various digital advertising channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media platforms.
Ability to leverage data analysis to drive strategy.

What you’ll be doing in this role:

Ensure clients derive value and business impact through the Google licensing solutions we resell.
Provide a consistent and efficient delivery approach to supporting all Google licensing products for our clients (both direct and agencies).
Advance team standards, success metrics, feedback, growth, scalability.
Engage with licensing clients to understand and convert cross-sell opportunities.
Support the Google partner relationship with Further’s Business Development Google Partner Manager.
Build the expertise of our team through mentoring, training, and sharing best practices.

What you’ll need to accomplish in your first year:

Proactively identify cross platform opportunities for clients who may benefit from another Google product or Further service.
Successfully renew reseller contracts at 90%+.
Grow the existing Google Partner Manager relationships.
