PERFORMANCE MARKETING LEAD

What experience should you have:

5+ years of experience supporting strategic digital marketing analysis and recommendations utilizing data in a consulting environment.
Knowledge of various digital advertising channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media platforms.
Experience setting up campaigns across a variety of social platforms.
Leveraged data analysis tools for ongoing and ad hoc data reporting.
Expertise with a combination of the following tools: Google AdWords, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, AdWords Editor, Bing Ads Editor, Facebook Power Editor, Google Analytics, Google My Business, Adobe Analytics.

What you’ll be doing in this role:

Manage budget, timelines, and deliverables to ensure the team is achieving business impact goals.
Offer thought leadership on industry trends.
Communicate clearly and effectively with clients in both good and challenging situations.
Actively participates in business development activities, including client pitches, and estimating work and creating project plans.
Create trusted partnerships with clients, offering thought leadership on industry trends, in order to consistently extend and expand our business relationships.
Develop sustainable solutions to share knowledge and experiences within the team.
Build the expertise of our team through mentoring, training, and sharing best practices.
